Raw materials are used as under :  ,

 , CEMENT : (IS : 12269)  , The cement plays the most important role in concrete industry. We use 53 grade OPC (Ordinary Portland cement). , This gives best results in precast products because of their fast setting phenomena and , The fineness which gives good finish product.  ,

PC WIRE : (IS : 1983) We use is 3ply - 3.00 mm pc wire of Tata make. , This gives best results in pre-stressed products because of their high carbon ratio.

SAND : (IS : 2116) , We use best quality sand of nearby area. Which is mostly free from dust, lumps, soft or flaky materials. , The signal particle of sugar looks like the sugar particle. i.e. the square shape. This helps in the bonding a lot to concrete.So, concrete gets good strength and quality.

AGGREGATE : (IS : 383) , The best quality coarse aggregates (Gitti) consist of clean, hard, strong, dense, non-porous and durable in size which comes from the rock stone. , The density is very heavier for the same size of the different stone (i.e. river stone, stone , comes underneath the land etc) , The colour of good quality aggregates is carbon black with bluish hue while seeing in the , light. , In M.P., there are lot of places where we find good quality aggregates.  ,

CONCRETE ADMIXTURE : (IS : 9103) Today in concrete industry, lot of innovations are taking place which are in liquid form or in solid form. , We are using branded polyester fibre which improve tensile and , comprehensive , strength , and also prevent shrinkage cracks. , The use is 125 grams per bag of cement.  , ü In our product it gives extra secondary strength as per above specifications
